We accept many insurances except Kaiser Permanente, VA Premier, BCBS-VA Pathway X, United Healthcare Optimum Choice MDIPA. Self-pay patients are welcome!

It is always best to contact your health plan prior to receiving care to ensure Valley Health Clinic is covered.  Final benefit or payment for services received is determined by your insurance provider.
